UW-Parkside Athletic Storage Facility

$140K Budget. Work included full architectural  design and construction administration for a 2,000 square foot cold storage facility located on the University grounds. Budget constraints called for use of a pre-engineered metal building that matched other “utility buildings.” Site clearing, access road and landscaping, electrical service, overhead doors and passage doors.  Work completed in 2008.
