Savanna House

$500K Budget for complete renovation / rehabilitation of existing assembly space into a new restaurant located on Highway 41 in Wadsworth IL. Work included full architectural design services and construction administration duties to upgrade existing dilapidated facility into new “Georgia themed” restaurant. Existing building was ready for the wrecking ball prior to design and remodeling. Project completed Spring of 2009.
