Convenience Store & Burger King

$2.3 Million for Full architectural design services and construction administration for 12,000 Square foot retail complex. Work included coordination with franchise tenants and special equipment required to run retail operations for “Burger King” restaurant and  convenience store. Also included, was a 2,000 Square foot automated car wash and “pet wash” facility.
